The history of chili is almost as intriguing as what goes in it. Few things are more contentious than the list of ingredients that go into a good bowl of “Authentic” chili. We are going to talk to food historians and experts in order to trace the historical origins of chili. We will find out where chili came from, and answer definitively what makes up “authentic chili”, in the ‘Definitive History of Chili’.
